Prakash founded EB in 2008 with the aim of bringing excellence in strategy and architecture to financial services organisations. For over 25 years, Prakash has been at the frontline of major transformation programmes in financial services. He excels at helping customers determine their technology strategy and converting them into technical architecture that can be realised at pace.
Prakash specialises in Digital Transformation, Core Banking systems and in helping clients deliver a Resilient service. A recipient of the Forbes & Wipro Innovation award, Prakash’s primary interest is in evolving the practice of IT architecture to make it lean and relevant in an age of DevOps and ensuring that teams do not lose sight of the end goal amidst the urgency of delivering the next sprint.
Prakash builds trust with others through good old-fashioned hard work and by avoiding his pet hate – banal, corporate platitudes. As one of the senior architects within EB’s client teams, Prakash is keen to help others learn through mentoring and sage advice while engaged in highly challenging programmes.
An enthusiastic photographer in his spare time, Prakash has chosen to focus on building the best architecture team in the industry with an emphasis on action and creating a mindset that has become indispensable to banks such as HSBC, Lloyds and Nationwide in delivering challenging ‘right to left’ plans.
